Our Returns and Refund Policy
We inspect and carefully pack each snowdome before it is shipped to you.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL; Keep the box and packaging until you have inspected and are satisfied with the items you have received. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise. If the order is incorrect, damaged or defective, please call us immediately at 818-752-2542 and we will make arrangements to send you the correct product or replacement product. Due to the fragile nature of snowdomes, Global Shakeup is not responsible for items damaged or broken after receipt by the customer.
Items shipped within the United States, except for kits and photo snowglobes, discounted items, and special orders, may be returned for refund or exchange, excluding shipping & handling charges (both original and return), by following these instructions: You must contact us by either phone or email within 5 business days of receipt of your order to arrange for an exchange or return. Please note that snowdome and snowglobe kits, photo snowglobes, special orders, discounted items, purchases for film/photo shoots/props/set design, and custom orders are final sale, no refunds or exchanges apply. All other returns must be in new, unused and resalable condition, and if applicable, inside original packaging. We encourage you to insure your return package; We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If, for any reason the shipper is unable to deliver your package and returns it to us, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. All returns are inspected prior to issuing credit. All shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for exchange or a refund by the original means of payment. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits. If you would like to return an item received as a gift, we will be happy to exchange it or give you credit toward a future purchase. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser. All orders shipped outside of the United States are final sale, no refunds or exchanges apply. No warranty expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness of the goods listed on this website for any purpose. |
