Custom Manufactured Snowdomes Information1. It takes time. We need at least three months lead time for design, sculpture, molding, manufacture, and importing from China. Please plan ahead and contact us well ahead of your deadline. Great snowdomes are worth the effort and the wait!Your Basic Options: Plastic or Glass
A) Plastic snowdomes -- Minimum: 2000 units of one design. Plastic domes, in a variety of shapes and sizes, with one or two flat, clear, printed panels inside. Made in China. This is the most cost-effective option. Depending on size and complexity, for a minimum 2000 units, your price might start around $3.75 per dome (inclusive of all charges, except final shipping cost from Los Angeles CA). But of course this per-unit price will be lower if your order is bigger.
B) Also plastic domes, but with 3-dimensional or “bas relief” molded, painted objects inside. Made in China. This is the classic style souvenir snowdome, loved by collectors. Depending on size and complexity, for a minimum 2000 units of one design, your price might start round $4.75 per dome (inclusive of all charges, except final shipping cost from Los Angeles CA). But of course this per-unit price will be lower if your order is bigger.
C) Glass globes in a range of sizes with molded and painted scenery inside; classic wooden base or custom cast resin base. Made in China. This is a more expensive option. There are many sizes, and can be made very elaborate. Price varies greatly depending on size and complexity of design. Minimum: 500 units of one design.
Remember: Greater quantity ordered will mean a lower price per unit.
