To place your order using phone, fax, or postal mail,
Please follow these instructions:
Along with your name, shipping address, and telephone number, list the name and quantity of each item you wish to order.
For shipments within California, add 9% sales tax to your order before shipping charges.
We accept personal checks or money orders in U.S. dollars payable to Global Shakeup.
You may also use your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card.
If you are paying by credit card, please include the following information: your name as it appears on your credit card, your account number, expiration date, your credit card billing address, and your signature as it appears on the back of your card.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated online, based upon each item’s weight and your shipping address. Shipping charges for mail, fax, and phone orders will be figured in the same way. Please contact us before placing your mail, fax, or phone order. Tell us the items you wish to order and your shipping address. We will provide you with calculated shipping charges and total amount so that you may complete your order.
Rush: Rush shipping and special order shipping are handled on a case by case basis; please call or write for more information.
