The beloved Piob-mhor (Gaelic), or great pipe, is the national instrument of Scotland. A Scotsman attired in a psychedelic Tartan (maybe from the clan of Peter Max), pipes on his Highland bagpipes. Plaque reads Bagpiper. Base reads Scotland. Note the low water level, typical of older sealed snowdomes.
Plastic. 2-1/2 inches (6.4 cm) tall.
