Please use our online shopping cart system if possible, as it is the quickest and safest way to place your order. But if you are unable to use the online system, or wish to pay with a check or money order, here are instructions for offline ordering using phone, fax, or postal mail:

Along with your name, shipping address, and telephone number, please list the name and quantity of each item you wish to order.

For shipments within California, add 9% sales tax to your order before shipping charges.

We accept personal checks or money orders in U.S. dollars payable to Global Shakeup.

You may also use your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card. If paying by credit card, please also provide: your name as it appears on your credit card, your account number, expiration date, CVV code, your credit card billing address, and your signature as it appears on the back of your card.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based upon each item's weight and your shipping address. Please Contact Us before placing your mail or fax order. Tell us the items you are ordering and your shipping address. We will provide you with calculated shipping charges and total amount so that you may complete your order.

Rush: Rush shipping and special order shipping are handled on a case by case basis; please Contact Us for more information.

International: Shipping outside the U.S.A. is handled on a case by case basis; please Contact Us for more information.

Please note: We inspect and carefully pack each dome before it is shipped to you. If you receive broken or damaged domes, please keep the original shipping carton and packing materials, and contact us immediately so that we may file the proper claim with the shipper. Due to the fragile nature of waterdomes, Global Shakeup is not responsible for items damaged or broken after receipt by the customer.
