World's Only Corn Palace Snow Globe
$16.95
Product Description
•••••
The Corn Palace was built in 1892 to encourage settlement in South Dakota. This quasi-moorish expo building has huge outdoor murals made entirely of corn and other grains - it's a high-fiber palace! Locals call it "the world's largest bird feeder." Beautiful bas-relief panel of the "Palace." Plaque reads World's Only Corn Palace, Mitchell, South Dakota. This is a vintage snowdome - they haven't made them like this for many years. When we sell out, there will be no more available.
Plastic. 2-3/4 inches (7 cm) tall.
